A 25,000 sq. ft. building, Franklin Bronze &
Alloy Company's investment casting facility is home to five melting
furnaces, all featuring inert gas shielding, and nine wax injection
presses. An automated shell room allows us to produce more than 250
molds per day, and two CNC lathes provide us with the ability to machine
customer parts. Other benefits include an in-house tool room, a state-of-the-art
analytical spectrometer, and a recently constructed foundry which
utilizes the industry's newest equipment.
Franklin Bronze's investing casting division employs
over 75 casting specialists, and our entire staff is dedicated to
the production of precision castings produced to our customers'
exact specifications. Castings materials include brass and bronze,
aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel-boron alloys, and castings
range in size from a few ounces to 15 pounds.
