Having an agile cross-trained and skilled workforce is a key initiative at FBPC. FBPC has been partnering with Venango Technology Center (VTC) to create customized training programs for the FBPC team. “We want our employees engaged, and we want to provide them the skills to do their best work,” explains Dave Greene, Operations Manager and Interim General Manager.
